Clay Covered Jar Y 54

Covered jar handmade by me. This jar sits on a turned foot and has a pleasing teardrop shape. The lid fits snuggly. The surface is glazed in a glossy black Temmoku and matt blue ash. It measures 10 1/4" tall from the foot to the top of the knob and 6 1/2" in diameter at its widest point. The opening measures 3 1/2" in diameter.
